• Pallets are positioned next to the HALTER and the CNC machine
• New series can be easily set up with the HALTER SmartControl

HALTER TurnStacker Premium 35
The TurnStacker Premium 35 is a robotic loading solution for turning machines. This model boasts a high capacity for diameters up to 230mm, and excels in loading flanges and gears.

HALTER Universal Premium 35 in combination with a Mitutoyo CMM measuring station
The Universal Premium 35 is a robotic loading solution for turning and milling machines, covering the complete range of workpieces up to 270 mm.
A shaft handling option is available for workpieces up to 450 mm. 
During the AMB we'll demonstrate automated measuring of milling workpieces using a Mitutoyo MiStar 555 CMM.
It's even possible to automate multiple machines with a single HALTER cell.

Customized solutions
For workpieces of deviating shapes or for even larger capacities of certain workpieces, we deliver customized solutions for our customers.
