Codogno S.r.l. from Padova, Italy connected the HALTER LoadAssistant to a CMZ TC30Y lathe.
The installation process went very smoothly and just a few days after the installation I was comfortable with the robot, thanks to the very intuitive interface.
We have reduced labor hours on simple and repetitive processes, as these are now done by the Halter. Our CNC lathe can work more hours and even unmanned while I work on smaller batches on other CNC machines. The Halter system replaces temporary staff in particular, and our skilled colleagues can focus on the more complicated processes.
