Deckel Maho DMU 80 P with HALTER LoadAssistant

SMI Dokkum has installed the HALTER LoadAssistant on a Deckel Maho DMU 80 P. Production Manager Klaas Hummel: “Our goal with the HALTER was to continue producing on the DMU 80 after our regular working hours. This worked out really well for us.” Operator Erik van der Veen: “Just before I finish my shift, I start up the machine and the HALTER to operate unmanned. It is really easy. The HALTER takes over the repetitive jobs at night, so I can focus on single-piece production during the day shift.”
