Haas VF-2 machining center and Haas DS-30SY lathe with HALTER LoadAssistant

Proliad develops and produces innovative indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures, from standard to custom solutions. For the production of components, Proliad uses two CNC machines: a HAAS VF-2 machining center and a HAAS DS-30Y lathe. By moving the HALTER LoadAssistant between the two CNC machines, the company is able to produce many parts even without an operator. Wouter Verhoeven: “We move the HALTER several times a week between the two CNC machines. This allows us to produce both our lathed and milled components without an operator.”
