WHO PUT THE HALTER LOADASSISTANT ALREADY ON THEIR NAKAMURA-TOME CNC MACHINE?
At Walk Aandrijftechniek, specialist in gearing and various drive technologies and products, in Heijen the HALTER LoadAssistant is connected to a Nakamura-Tome STS-40 lathe and milling centre. This CNC machine is equipped with a sub-spindle and it runs in two shifts throughout the entire night. In addition, the HALTER LoadAssistant is sometimes connected to the Takisawa lathe. To change from one CNC machine to the other takes only 20 minutes. Walk Aandrijftechniek had two reasons for choosing HALTER: firstly, because of the storage capacity of the products, and secondly because with the HALTER LoadAssistant setting up a new series only takes a few minutes.
Rokem in Nieuwegein is a specialist in the manufacture of precision parts. It connected its first HALTER LoadAssistant to the Nakamura-Tome Super NTJX Multi-tasking lathe and milling centre. Shortly thereafter, the company ordered a second system because it increased the production so much and the HALTER LoadAssistant can keep working day and night.
