Halter’s application engineering team can design special grid plates and gripper fingers for your specific workpieces.

For example, if you want to automate castings or other workpieces which need special handling. All these custom solutions can be implemented in the user-friendly HALTER SmartControl. The flexibility of the solutions that we offer ensures that you can automate even greater variation of workpieces.

SHAFT HANDLING

The HALTER Universal is deliverable with the shaft handling option, which enables you to load workpieces with a height of up to 600 mm, depending on the model. For this option, we supply the complete package of an additional 2-finger gripper, gripper fingers for a range of diameters, extended height-adjustable pins to support the grid plates and a regripping station.
